Christopher Berglund

Owner/Operator

Christopher sought out an all encompassing education at The University of Denver. In 2003, Christopher accomplished a minor in Economics as well as a Bachelor degree in Finance and Construction Management. With a solid education under his belt and hands on experience in the Construction Industry since age 14, he started his own company, Berglund Builders L.L.C., at the age of 23. Christopher strives to bring excellence to every project, every time.

Christopher continues to donate his time and experience to The Quad City Homebuilders Association by serving in his second year term on the Board of Directors. He uses this as an avenue to keep up on new products and today's market as well as contributing innovating ideas. Christopher advocates giving back to the community by serving on the Genesis Gala Committee and the Vera French Gala Committee. He gives joyfully of his time and talents to ensure our communities strength and cohesiveness.

Alyssa Barker

Executive Assistant

Alyssa has recently joined Berglund Builders L.L.C., and is excited to contribute to the continued growth of a company that truly has the customer as their first priority. Alyssa has sales, management, marketing, and advertising experience.

One of Alyssa's true passions is volunteering for organizations that provide amazing support and services for those in need. Here are a few organizations she is or has been involved with: Genesis, The Heart Connection, CMN, Make-a-Wish, Gilda's Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters.
